Applying the Athlete Mindset to Improve Food Relationships Longterm

Elite athletes face challenges daily. They exhibit passion for their sport, focus on their goals and commitment to continual learning. They strive for measured improvement each day, pay attention to the little things and factor in the effects of other areas of their lives to help create an environment they can grow in and ‘level up’. ⁣

This is what The Nutrition Athlete is all about. ⁣
Developing constructive habits, positive relationships and passionate learning objectives with food and nutrition, for whatever goals you may have, but moreover, for life. ⁣

Food is no longer just fuel for the body. It is cultural, social and emotional. We attribute much more meaning to food and what we eat. Given the evolutionary nature of this relationship, it is time we treat this relationship with as much care, understanding and communication that we treat our life relationships with. ⁣
