Lemon & Poppy Seed Loaf: I Loaf You!

I finally felt able enough to get into the kitchen to do a bake. Honestly, I was inspired by my lockdown walk through the Melbourne CBD, seeing all the gorgeous cakes in cafe windows I could not stop thinking about the lemon and poppy seed slices sitting there waiting for me. So, I decided to bake my own (with a little less sugar..oh and also so gluten-free-husband can partake haha)

Luckily, it was a pretty simple recipe with basic utensils, so no need for any mixer machines or fancy equipment. All you will need is below:

- 2 large mixing bowls

- Whisk

- Scale/Measuring Cups/Measuring Spoons

- Loaf Tin

- Cooling Rack

And obviously a good working oven.
